How To Book A Visit With Father Christmas or Scrooge...
We'd like to
make the experience of meeting Father Christmas as magical as possible for you and your children, so please read the information
below, so you know what to expect and what we'd like you to do. We would hate to disappoint you and your children
when we are fully booked, so please call us to check that we have availability.
Only those who have booked a place
will be guaranteed entry as Father Christmas is very busy on the run up to Christmas Eve. Spaces are very
limited, so you must book in advance to avoid disappointment. For this reason, if you can't make it please let us know
as soon as possible by telephone on 0844 824 8600. The tickets are non-transferable, and we don't want to confuse
the elves.
The Enchanted Manor is spread over several levels and is not suitable for pushchairs, buggies or those
with limited mobility. Please do not bring pushchairs or buggies as there is no secure storage area.
All
tickets are for timed entry, you will not be admitted before your booked entry time, so please do not turn up early. There
will be plenty of time to explore Magic Alley and take tea in the Golden Broomstick after your visit to Father Christmas.
Ebenezer Scrooge takes over the reins from December 27th until December 31st. Come and share your Christmas grievances
with the famous Christmas Grump and try to make him laugh to leave with a small late Christmas gift....
All
of the above terms andconditions apply for visits to Ebenezer Scrooge as well as Father Christmas.

With over 12,000 twinkling lights, thousands of baubles heaps of snow and icicles
absolutely everywhere, the Enchanted Manor is one of England's most magical grottos, and this year from December
27th the famous Christmas grump, Ebenezer Scrooge, will once again be taking over and creating his very own festive
brand of mischief!
Spread over several levels, the grotto is unsuitable for pushchairs or buggies and we
kindly request that you do not bring them as there is no storage facility during December for them. The grotto is lit
atmospherically and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. There are flashing lights.
