A Celtic Magic Story
A beautiful range of Spells packed full of tree magic with each spell individually created to help  empower you to trust the energies of the earth to bring about a desired or needful change.   

The Celts divided their year into thirteen lunar cycles (months or moons) and these were linked to specific sacred trees which gave each moon its name. Celtic Tree Magic is a range of thirteen beautiful new spells inspired by those months. Each one comes complete with information about the magical properties of the tree, information about Celtic Tree Astrology and with all the ingredients necessary to complete the spell and invoke the Celtic Gods. Some theories suggest that the first day of the month of Beth begins on the first New Moon after Yule.
 
Other theories, based upon Robert Graves' teachings, have the Tree Months beginning on December 24th, or on the 5th day after the Winter Solstice (also called the "Hand of Yule".) The "Hand of Yule" is from December 19th to the 23rd, and the Winter Solstice always falls within that period. With the Graves calendar system, it becomes a "solar calendar" with "lunar months", thus embodying the balance between God and Goddess.

There are thirteen months, 28 days each, for a total of 364 days. The extra day is considered a day "out of time", and is symbolic of the Day of Creation.
