Spellbinding entertainment, electrifying experiences. STMO Media Group is looking for characters
to populate our different attractions this year.
And who are they? People with loads of confidence, big personalities,
huge smiles and a keen sense of fun. People who, no matter what their role, are totally focused on giving our guests the ultimate
experience, whether that’s on the front line with our guests, or driving the business from behind the scenes.

MEMBERS REQUIRED FOR
Victorian Imagiscarium / Museum of Wizardology
If
you’re an experienced actor/actress with great characterisation skills, then let your dark side and wicked sense of
humour loose in The Victorian Imagiscarium, or show just how enchanting and spellbinding you can be in The Museum of Wizardology.
Both attractions are scripted, involving masses of guest interaction. So the ability to react and improvise is key.
If you’re attracted by the idea of working in a formal, hushed and sombre atmosphere,
keen to be part of a traditional museum or heritage environment, or your interest in history is purely academic, then a career
with us is probably not for you. But if you’re looking for something fast-paced and different, have a great sense of
humour and are upbeat and outgoing with a striking personality, then it most certainly is!
The people who tend
to do best here exude confidence, have an infectious sense of fun and love chatting to our guests. They’re also driven,
enthusiastic and determined to make our attractions a huge success.
We firmly believe that if you enjoy your time

a doubt the roles can be very challenging and demanding, but as a business that’s focused on creating enchantment, wonder

Victorian Imagiscarium: Minimum three nights
per week: 6.30pm - 9.30pm, starting February 1st
Museum of Wizardology:
Minimum Two days per week: 10.00am - 5.00pm, starting March 1st
All positions are on a self employed
contract basis.
Work
Experience
Every year we offer placements for up to six high school students during their work experience.

had the best time! Better than being stuck in an office!"

on a new exhibit for the museum!"

doing - I didn't want to go back to school!"
This could be for anywhere
up to three weeks depending on the individual school. However our placements are always eagerly sought after and if
you are interested , then you need to register interest as soon as you can. In the first instance, as soon as you are
aware of the dates of your placement, you should come and see us to tellus why you wish to have your placement with us.
Decisions will be made based on appearance, and interest in the company as well as your knowledge of what we do.
